A LIFE OF LEISURE

The Leisure Society have just announced their new record Alone Aboard the Ark. Having designed & illustrated all the album artwork, I can barely wait to share it with you all. For the moment, however, you'll have to make do with the cover. Be sure to check out the teaser animation by Joseph Brett & I thoroughly recommend that you pre-order the Gatefold LP

The piece was heavily inspired by travel posters of the early 20th century; particularly the work of Norman Wilkinson

This artwork was transformed into their site by Andy Betts. Check it out here

PAPER PLAINS

This is not my work (though I wish it was). It was created by the wonderfully talented Mr. Joseph Brett. The reason I share this with you, is that he used my aggressively joyful guitar plucking in the background of the video. I suggest you have a watch (and a listen of course)

A WHOLE NEW BALL GAME

This was a fun little editorial for a digital Tennis Magazine. The article described ways you could analyse your opponent during warm up, to benefit you during the match. I looked at lots of infographics in making this image

WHAT SHE DOESN'T KNOW, WON'T YURT HER

I surprised my girlfriend with a Christmassy trip to Ashdown Forest for a couple of days, living in a Yurt and exploring the woodland around. Here are some photos form the trip

WATCH THIS SPACE

My new book is complete and ready to be printed. It won't be released until September 2013, but it doesn't stop me from showing a few pages from it:

EVERYTHING TOUCHING

I went on the road for a couple of weeks with Tall Ships & Dad Rocks! in a nine-seater van named Melanie. I filmed a few bits & pieces and edited them together. This is the result.

It is set to the song T=0 by Tall Ships, the opening track of their album Everything Touching

CITIZENS ARE DRESSED

Citizen Ink is a wonderful project exploring communication through illustration, and encourages consumers to think while they buy.

I created a shirt and some fun extras to accompany questions about the personal consciences in the military.

HOME FROM HOME

The image I made for the 100 Houses exhibition was created at the same time as a limited edition of 50 two-colour silkscreens for my own sales purposes. They are now available to buy from here.

TAKE SHELTER

I recently took part in an exhibition raising money for the charity Shelter. The theme was homes, so I went along an animal habitat route. My piece has already been bought but you can still buy other bits online here.
